Commissioning		Dickinson provide the necessary supervision appropriate to the scope of installation and commissioning. We ensure that the Systems Engineers associated with a project at commencement, will also commission the systems on site.

Supervision		On major projects, involving multi-disciplines, it is usual for the project manager to appoint a site manager whose duty is to supervise and co-ordinate all related site activities, which may include sub-contractors.

Pharmaceutical		When installing and commissioning pharmaceutical manufacturing plant information, control and electrical systems our project team provide extensive installation and test plans to minimise plant shutdown time as well as provide quality controlled workmanship adhering to stringent GMP requirements. Factory Acceptance Test Specifications are leveraged to further strengthen the Installation Qualification (IQ) and Operation Qualification (OQ). Thorough testing and sign off procedures are employed along with change control practices.
